LEADERSHIP

Connie Wang

Connie Wang is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of UFUND Investment, a private real estate investment platform focused on small- and middle-market commercial real estate investments throughout the United States. She is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, investment strategy, sponsor relationships, capital structuring, and portfolio oversight.

Over nearly two decades in real estate investing, Connie has led thousands of real estate transactions and overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in investment activity across residential and commercial real estate. Her experience spans multifamily, build-to-rent, retail, industrial, warehouse, office, self-storage, and other commercial real estate sectors, with investments structured across both equity and debt throughout the capital stack.

Prior to founding UFUND Investment, Connie established Texas Renaissance Homes, where she built and led a residential investment platform focused on off-market acquisitions, value-add investments, and residential redevelopment throughout Texas. Her experience spanned the full residential investment lifecycle, from acquisitions and underwriting to construction, property operations, and investment disposition. This hands-on operating experience continues to inform her underwriting discipline, sponsor evaluation, and investment decision-making across commercial real estate today.

Before entering the real estate industry, Connie held technology roles at Visa, Dell, and Cisco, where she developed data-driven systems and operational processes that she later applied to investment analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics.
